Florida Man Gets His Own Sitcom and
It's Premiering Today

Someone's finally done it. We're excited to tell you that our newest show – a Florida Man sitcom – is premiering today on our Facebook and YouTube channels. You heard that correctly.

Our short-form comedy series follows Florida Man, his buddy Skeeter, and his "Common Law Wife" as they attempt to make it through the Sunshine State alive. Common Law Wife is the voice of reason that keeps the guys in line, "rarely without her spatula for clonking sense into them when it is not handy for flipping the burgers." Because apparently that is something that must happen with some frequency.

Today, the inaugural episode, "Meet Florida Man - Attacked by a Genuine Rattler," debuts through iVue Media. Florida Man is described as "faster than the Austrian Alligator Hunter" and promises "a yard of snakes, mice, and pork rinds oh my." We don't have any idea what an Austrian Alligator Hunter is either, but we're rolling with it.

Director Brian Welch and writer Jade Tutterow have created a complete production schedule with secured filming locations like "The Out of Law's House" and "The Martin's House." We also have backup shooting dates because when you're filming a Florida Man show, you need to plan for the unexpected.

We're building a comprehensive brand around the series. Merchandise development includes Florida Man hats and shirts, as well as character-specific products such as "Skeeter Flamingos" and "Common Law Wife Spatulas." We'll also be at Dragon Con 2025, distributing 50+ custom 3D printed flamingo keychains with QR codes linking to exclusive content.

Episode 2 is currently in production, scheduled for filming this July. "Florida Man vs Chinese Spy Drone" tackles the important question of what happens when Florida Man meets modern surveillance technology. Spoiler alert: it probably doesn't end well for anyone involved. Our distribution approach reflects current content creation trends. We're producing and distributing across multiple platforms, with targeted social media marketing, behind-the-scenes content, and outtakes to keep audiences engaged between episodes.

The series aims to capture the unique spirit of Florida while creating characters that people can actually connect with. We've focused on balancing the distinctive elements of the setting with character development, particularly through Common Law Wife as the person who somehow keeps everyone alive.

Production quality remains a priority throughout the project. We've invested in professional equipment and detailed planning to ensure this ridiculous concept gets the treatment it deserves.
